About Greta
I look to yoga for comfort in my body and balance in my mind. I love finding new challenges within the practice and strive to share with others what motivates me on my own mat.
I began my yoga practice in 2010 and completed a 200 hour teacher training in 2012 under Ame Wren and Lynne Beiger in Boston, MA.
My style is a blend of Vinyasa and Iyengar with plenty of other influences peppered in. You can expect each class to be different from the last. We will flow with an emphasis on strength and mobility and transition to quiet restoration.
